Pirsig's 'quality' came close, but seemed too general and more importantly, the part of the observer was lacking. How is the 'I' dealing with non-dualism? Indulging in a 'controlled folly', however, helped me finally see a way. Of course, I am fully aware that I am still approaching this through thinking, and yet, as a mediator I believe it is absolutely acceptable to use words and therefore thoughts. Perhaps only people who are raised in a culture that is stuck in rationality and has given up on spirituality are in need of this kind of bridge, but from my own experience, it felt like I was losing all ground under my feet when I attempted to go head first into a life of 'seeing' as Castaneda chooses to describe it.
So thank you for sharing this text, I will get my hands on this book as soon as I can.

VersuchEinerReisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07619959576270720355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1920246996266857078.post-60700880164300869842022-04-29T03:30:51.379-05:002022-04-29T03:30:51.379-05:00Fuck your control Fuck your control Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1920246996266857078.post-43552544193208623942019-10-11T23:22:53.635-05:002019-10-11T23:22:53.635-05:0010/11/19

I'm currently at The Eagle's Gift in the Castenada series and I'm mind-blown. One of the greatest tools I learned associated with this has been Recapitulation which I learned from The Sorcerers Crossing (Taisha Abelar).

I had already read these passages, obviously , but forgot about their conversation on the subject. gumonthepantshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13868777427991111575noreply@blogger.com
